Seamoss Gel 375ml
Seamoss gel is clean and soaked with spring water. Often, the gel also includes other additives such as elderberry or fresh lime. Although you can eat seamoss without converting it into a gel form, many users prefer the gel for for it’s potent benefits.
To make seamoss gel, you must clean the moss and remove any sea debris or dirt. Be sure to use filtered, spring, or alkaline water – never tap water. Unfiltered water can contaminate the moss and render it less beneficial to your body.
Once the sea moss is clean, store it in an airtight container and place it in your fridge. You can keep up the moss for up to one month in the fridge and three months in the freezer.
We recommend you take your Seamoss Gel first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach) but it can be consumed at any time during the day or night.
